Racing is an inherently dangerous activity & should only be done by trained & skilled participants under supervised & controlled conditions.  Shiny Red Tuning accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained while using its products.

Proper maintenance of highly tuned engines is essential, including use of the correct oil, coolant and regular checks on structural parts. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the engine is protected against overheating and improper lubrication.

Goods are supplied for specialist use and are subject to extreme heat and stress whilst in use. Life expectancy and durability may be greatly reduced. In addition, parts connected to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers may also limit guarantees when components are installed for competition use.
