1.Basic engine rebuilds, engine only (Blueprinted) £160

Barrel is matched to the case and any casting imperfections are removed (this is not flowing). This price applies if we are supplied with JUST the engine (out of the bike) and includes bearings, seals and gaskets. Any extra parts that may need replacing are extra. The crank is removed and checked, as is the barrel, piston, head, etc. The engine is cleaned to remove loose debris and oil (not shot-blasted).

2. Basic engine rebuild, in bike (Blueprinted) £310

Barrel is matched to the case and any casting imperfections are removed (this is not flowing). This price applies if we are supplied with the whole bike and includes, removal and re-fitting of engine, bearings, seals and gaskets. Any extra parts that may need replacing are extra. The crank is removed and checked, as is the barrel, piston, head, etc. The engine is cleaned to remove loose debris and oil (not shot-blasted). The price does not include repairing any other parts on the bike or set-up on the dyno.
