This guide shows you the basics of fitting a crank and bearings into the cases.

You will need:

• Engine cases
• 2 x sets of bearings
• Case bolts
• Gasket sealer
• Heat gun
• 8mm socket
• Rubber mallet
• 2-stroke oil

First fit the bearings into the small case

Next fit the crank into the small case

Fit the second set of bearings

Then put the two halves together

Job done.
